9 Simple Rules for Trading With Me

DISCLAIMER
The following polices are to be strictly adhered to, or else the trade is declared null and void.  I am usually willing to work with you if you approach me with an issue PRIOR to the start of the trade.  I understand these are very strict, and seemingly harsh, however, this is due to the large number of irresponsible traders, who are depriving me of enjoying a hobby.  I take this hobby very seriously, it's one I would like to last me a while, and I expect the same of you.

POLICIES
1) I am a Macintosh user, therefore do NOT send a .wma file.  My computer doesn't like them.  If you send them, without disucssing with me first, I will have to send it to someone to convert, which means you loose a trade.  - THIS IS GETTING OLD.  PLEASE READ THIS, IF IT CONTINUES TO HAPPEN, I WILL NOT PLAY NICE, OR FINISH THE TRADE.

2a) If we do a snail mail trade, please do not label the CDs.  Instead, label whatever case you send them in, with Disc/Act 1 on top.  If we are doing a LARGE snail mail trade, and you would like to do it as a data disc trade, that is fine (And prefered).  All I ask is that you convert from .wma into .mp3.  And that you tell me, so I don't mistakenly put it in the CD player and get nothing.  I actually, prefer data discs on any trade OVER 3-4 audios.  All items will be mailed out on either Wednesday or Thursday.  I am a full time college student, and I will do my best to give you an estimated ship time.  Also, I will do Delivery Confirmation, and as money allows, ship priority.

2b) If we do an online trade, please use Sendspace if it is at all possible.  I will NOT do a trade of more than 5 audios where I have to download from MegaUpload, unless you clear it with me first.   I do not have the time/patience to download from MegaUpload.

3) If you have an audio that is incomplete, and I have the complete version, let me know, I am more than happy to send it to you.

4) While I am re-open to trading for "Wicked," "Phantom of the Opera," "RENT," "Hairspray," and "Avenue Q," they are not what I am after, as a main goal.  Therefore, if your list largely consists of these audios, do not expect me to really want to trade.

5) a) Do you have items on cassette tape?  Do you want them converted?  I will gladly do it, and return your original tapes to you (If you so desire) along with a CD copy of them.  This also applies if you would rather just copy a cassette instead of transferring.
    b) Are you starting out?  Don't have a lot to trade?  While I will NEVER sell, I will do the following:
       1) Do you have extra Playbills?  Souvenir Brochures?  Posters?  I will gladly trade for those, some shows will get you more stuff than others, but a basic rule of  thumb:  1:1 for Playbills,  2:1 for Souvenir Brochures, 3:1 for Posters
       2) You can send me the blank discs, and an envelope with return postage paid (usually between $1 and $3, if it runs more, I will cover the rest)
    c) In a similar vein to the above:  Is your list un-organized?  Do you find it difficult to follow?  Do others get lost?  For between 4 and 5 audios, I will re-organize your list to look like mine!  (Or to your specifications).

6) If, during the middle of a trade you have to go out of town, you become ill, find yourself trapped under something large and heavy and unable to make it to your computer or any other of the multitude of reasons there are in this world, and you are unable to complete the trade on time, or at all, please notify me or let me know before hand.  It will speak volumes of you in the long run and make me more likely to trade with you in the future.

7) There is one person that has unlimited access to all of my files. This means I will more than likely pass along the audio(s) to them.  They are a trader.  If you do not wish me to pass them along, please tell me in advance.

8) If an audio is in red, and you have it, please let me know (I may miss it), as I would love to trade with you.

9) My basic trading philosophy on popular/long-running shows is:

        * I would like one audio from at LEAST every year of the run, and preferably every month.
        * I would like one audio of each person to play a lead role
        * I would like one audio of every understudy
        * I would like copies of lead's first and/or last performances
        * I would like an audio from every possible stop of the National Tour(s)

10) Color Key!
Red means "I am missing and sad."
Green means "I am an understudy!"
Purple means "I am a standby or alternate!"
Blue (or a link) means "There are lots of me, so click to my own page!"
TRACKING MASTER means "I tracked this audio."

Disclaimer: All of my information is assumed to be accurate, if for some reason you find something incorrect, please let me know, the reward may be worth your mentioning.  Also, feel free to use my site for it's info.  That's why it is there.  Just please do me a small favor, change the font and remove my personal notes about things.  It really freaks me out to see that.  (Don't ask, it's an OCD thing)
